Cuba: Living Between Hurricanes is an epic poem. It’s enjoyable and flows smoothly. It’s very timely. I like the tone you have achieved with the people: with conscience, with a critical view and with threads of nostalgia, but with serenity, with an open attitude towards the possibilities for rescuing the connection with the earth. I like the way you’ve carried the chronological historical sequence towards an open perspective, towards future possibilities. Living Between Hurricanes can mean many things.
